As part of our mission, Soteria of Washington offers a wide range of practical, skills-based classes and workshops designed to promote safety, preparedness, and resilience. Our trainings cover topics such as personal safety, harm reduction, self-defense, de-escalation strategies, and effective responses to stalking and harassment. We also offer instruction in trauma-informed approaches, workplace safety, and understanding your rights in high-risk or hostile situations.

We provide professional training in private investigation and security—ideal for individuals entering the field, as well as those with investigative or security responsibilities within organizations who are looking to expand their expertise. Sessions are led by experienced staff and vetted external experts. We offer both public classes and customized training for families, businesses, and organizations.
